St. Peter’s Church – Wolverhampton

We’re proud to be supporting the ongoing conservation efforts at the historic St Peters Church in Wolverhampton, the external scaffolding has now been up for almost 18 months and is still looking good. Phase two of our works have now started, and our team has recently completed a complex internal access scaffold installation for the window repairs to the chancel and apse end.

Windows accessed: 38,39,41,43,48,49,50 & 51

Each required precise planning to ensure full access while preserving the integrity of this listed building.

Key elements of the scaffold design included:

  • Internal access scaffold carefully engineered around heritage features.
  • Adaptations to existing external scaffold to allow for efficient window repair operations.
  • Additional scaffold spanning the chancel archway to support protective sheeting, safeguarding interior spaces during the works.

This project is another example of our commitment to safe, smart access solutions on sensitive and complex heritage sites.
