Tamworth Scaffolding is proud of the reputation it has built over more than 30 years, giving clients confidence that every project will be managed and delivered by its own highly qualified team. The company does not rely on scaffold subcontractors or temporary labour, ensuring consistent standards, accountability and quality at every stage. All scaffolders are directly employed, professionally uniformed and CITB/CISRS registered, with ongoing training helping to maintain a fully trained workforce. The directors also remain actively involved on-site, helping to ensure accurate quotations, practical project management and reliable delivery.
Central Location & Reliable Logistics
Based in Tamworth, Staffordshire, the company benefits from excellent motorway links to major cities across the Midlands, with most projects carried out within a 70-mile radius, while also welcoming enquiries nationwide. Supporting this coverage is a modern fleet of vehicles, including 10 and 12 tonne flatbeds and 26 tonne roll-on/off demountable plant bodies, ensuring materials and equipment are delivered from their well-equipped yard efficiently and on time.

Company established
First major project at Ventura Retail Park in Tamworth, followed by works at the SnowDome.
1995
St Marys Church
St Marys Church
First heritage project with full wrap around and the beginning of specialising in this particular field.
2003
St Martins Church
We carried out a full scaffolding package which was part of the redevelopment of the Bullring.
2009
Coventry Cathedral
Working on the remains of Coventry Cathedral and a large church project in Radford Semele.
2010
Nasc Membership
Became full contracting members of the NASC and continue to be up to the present day.
2012
Mustique Caribbean
Working on one of the Caribbean islands, and continued to do work in Mustique for a further 4 years.
2015
Derby Cathedral
A full internal birdcage, a temporary roof and access scaffold for replacement of the flagpole.
2015
Swan Wing Theatre
Large-scale temporary roof over the grade 1 listed Swan Wing Theatre at RSC Stratford Upon Avon.
2018
Falcon Hotel
Scaffolding works for the redevelopment of the grade 2 listed Falcon Hotel in Stratford Upon Avon.
2019
Newstead Abbey
Designed and erected a free-standing mason’s scaffold complete with lifting rigs to this ancient monument.
2022
Wireless Music Festival
The team worked on the erection of numerous public access staircases on a tight deadline.
2024
Middleton Hall
The project consisted of a freestanding designed access scaffold and HAKI temporary roof.
2024
St Peters Church
Full designed masons scaffolding for major stone repairs to the chancel over a 24-month period.
